Warragamba Dam finally overflows

If you ever had the worry you’d never see Warragamba dam overflow again, what a great moment last night.

Last night the flood gates finally opened, after 14 years of drought and redevelopment at the dam.

Whilst the dam overflowing has ramifications downstream, it was a welcome sight for many NSW residents who thought the dam would never reach the gates again.
