A woman has been charged with a serious crash at Sutton Forest.
Just after midday on Saturday, emergency services were called to the Illawarra Highway after a vehicle collided with a motorcycle.
The rider – a 65-year-old man – was airlifted to Liverpool Hospital in a serious condition.
Police tracked down the driver about five kilometres from the crash scene.
The 56 year old allegedly returned a high range PCA of point 150.
She’s been charged with the following offences:
*Aggravated dangerous driving occasioning GBH – PCA
*Dangerous driving occasioning GBH – drive manner dangerous
*Negligent driving (occasions grievous bodily harm)
*Fail to stop and assist after vehicle impact causing GBH
*Drive with high range PCA
She has been granted conditional bail to appear at Moss Vale Local Court on Tuesday 18 July 2023.
Police have also suspended the woman’s driver’s licence.
