Some great news for family and friends of Silo’s Estate Chef Rob Salmon, who was critically injured after his van and truck collided on the Hume Highway at Jaspers Brush in May 2023.
The 54-year old father of four was airlifted to St George Hospital where he was placed on life support.
On Monday December 18, after months of intensive rehabilitation at Liverpool Hospital, Mr Salmon was driven home to be with his family for Christmas.

A Go-Fund me page set up by Berry DJ and family friend Nanna Blade raised over $100,000 dollars to support Mr Salmon and his family during that long recovery.
Ms Blade said it was fantastic news for the Salmon family and his friends and described Rob’s recovery as a miracle . “Rob’s a Miracle Man,” she said.
