A man has died after falling down a cliff while abseiling at Belmore Falls.
Emergency Services were called to Belmore Falls Road about 4pm yesterday.
Officers from the Hume Police District found a man aged in his 20’s had fallen while trying to abseil down a cliff.

The body was extracted with the assistance of Police Rescue, SES and Paramedics.
Police set up a crime scene and an investigation is underway into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
