Gumnut Patisserie is celebrating its latest win in the Australian Small Business Champion Awards.
The business which has been operating for 28 years took out best cake shop/patisserie.
Owner Tracy Nickl said they take a lot of pride in developing young local talent.

“Six of them have gone onto have their own shops,
“I think we’ve had seven national world skills winners and a number are now working overseas,
“We’re really proud of them, for us their like family,”Mr. Nickl said.
