The Southern Highlands will unlikely be affected by the Western Sydney airport flight paths.
Although there’s a departure flight path directly above our region, the planes will be 20,000 feet above our heads.
However Independent Member for Wollondilly Judy Hannan said that’s not the case for some of her constituents in the northern part of her electorate.

“I’m quite surprised about the number of people who are going to be affected in Mount Hunter,
“I’ve also had some people who live out at Oakdale way, telling me they moved there for a nice quiet lifestyle,”Ms. Hannan said.
She’ll be attending a briefing session in due course.
