Students from Frensham and Gib state are bringing a Southern Highlands tree with historical importance back to life through tonic treatments.
The English oak tree located at Berrima War Memorial was originally planted on March 21st 1980 to an audience of 400 people.
Head of Property at Frensham Schools, Malcolm Boyes, saying it was great for the students to hear the significance of something that they were not around for 100 years ago, and that will be around for another hundred years.
