Snake sightings around the Southern Highlands will start to ramp up- with warmer spring weather just weeks away.
Some ways you can prepare your property is by picking up leaf litter, mowing lawns and removing tin and general rubbish.
And Southern Highlands Snake Catcher Ray McGibbon also has this important advise for your place.

“Try and keep it tidy, but don’t remove everything,
“If a snake doesn’t have anywhere to hide it will stand its ground and defend itself,”Mr. McGibbon said.
From September onwards – locals should start to see snakes more consistently.
