Only time will if upgrades to Wingecarribee Council’s online DA Tracker, will make life easier for residents.
Council has been slammed over recent months, for slow DA processing times.
We’re being told applicants can now view more detailed information such as the initial lodgement of the DA, payment of DA charges, notification requirements and referrals both internal and external.
Chief Information Officer George Harb said it will mean a significantly improved customer experience when it comes to the overall process.
“Council understands that the processing of DA’s is a priority for our community and we have been working very hard to implement better systems, processes and technologies,”Mr. Harb said.
