Residents of the Illawarra Shoalhaven are being urged to seize the opportunity to
shape the future of transport in our region by contributing to the development of
Transport for NSW’s Illawarra Shoalhaven Strategic Regional Transport Plan, which
is currently open for consultation.

transport needs of our region and everyone in it are reflected in this important

The Transport Plan will serve as a vital blueprint for addressing transport challenges
across the region’s diverse communities, from our bustling urban hubs to our remote
rural areas and needs to reflect the diversity of the region.
Active and public transport are key priorities in the plan, with a strong focus on creating healthier, more connected, and sustainable communities.
